Our Analysis

The Proform Endurance M7 Treadmill is a made for home use treadmill that is falls in the upper budget price or the lower mid- price range. The treadmill is actually quite stable and well designed and has some features that you wouldn’t necessarily expect on a treadmill in this price range such as the 18 workout programs or 125kg weight capacity. This treadmill comes with a nice size running deck, and is compatible with a MP3 player and has 2.0 speakers built in. While this machine does not have the best warranty we have ever seen on a piece of exercise equipment, we do find that warranty is average and useful.

Comfort

The Proform Endurance M7 treadmill is fairly comfortable as treadmills goes (f.e. see the extra shock absorbers), it offers a range of incline levels, and speeds, has a fairly spacious running deck, and is fitted with speakers and is MP3 compatible, all of which makes for a more comfortable and interesting workout.

Workout Programs

The Endurance M7 treadmill comes with 19 pre programmed workouts, more than enough to help you increase you fitness levels and keep boredom at bay. These can be maintained easily in the big display, you can see here :

There are 11 incline levels running from 0 to 10% incline

Speed

You can even set the speed of your workout from 0- to 18 Kph or 11.1 miles per hour

Warranty

Is very long with 5 years on motor, 2 years on parts and labor (If you register within 28 days of purchase)

51cm X 140 or 20” X 55” running deck

This treadmill is designed for people weighing up to 125kg or 275 pounds

Reviews

Review for the Proform Endurance M7 treadmill are extremely good with most people being extremely pleased they purchased this treadmill. Although most users found that having two people to put this treadmill together was more convenient, they did state that with the clear direction and well marked parts that assembly was actually quite easy.

Users also were extremely pleased with how well made and sturdy this treadmill is, and were equally surprised and the nice size running deck. They also found that the controls, and the console were easy to use and that this treadmill was quieter than they expected. Moreover, when you don’t have enough space in your room, you can fold it into a small like this.

Complaints

Surprisingly with the exception of a customer purchasing one of these treadmills only to discover a part was missing there are no complaints regarding this treadmill at this point in time.

Overall, this seems to be a well thought out and made treadmill that will help you to get in shape and lose those pounds.
