PowerLine PPR200X User Reviews
The reception the PPR200X has received has been nothing short of excellent. Users appreciate just how easy the assembly process is, how well-constructed and sturdy the unit is, as well as the wide range of exercises that can safely and comfortably be peformed.
However, more than user has found that the paint seems to chip off bit by bit after awhile, although it’s nice to see that the company had the foresight to include a small bottle of paint in the box.

Our analysis
this body-solid dipping station is designed to help you increase the strength of your arms(triceps), shoulders-, back (Delts) and breast muscles. It is also an excellent exercise for the (mostly upper) core muscles of the body. It’s ideal as part of a circuit training. In case your muscles are too weak for this execersize it is recommended that you put a chair underneath your feet. In the other extreme – if this training doesn’t strain you enough, you can take a belt and a rope and hang some weight plates on it.
Assembly
Assembling the dip station is simple enough and shouldn’t take you any longer than 20 minutes. The package comes disassembled in a box of 22 kg weight. In case you’ve assembled it the dimensions are (finally) [HxLxW in inch] 53″x 38″x 27″.
Construction Quality
When you use the body-solid dip station for the first time its excellent construction quality (heavy gauge steel) soon becomes apparent and explains why it can handle a maximum weight capacity of 500 lbs. In detail – we have here a mainframe of 2″ x 3″ full metal construction. The diping bars have an oversized 1 3/4″ diameter and are slip-proof due to the rubber grips.
Design & Exercises
The wide walk-in design offers plenty of side-to-side movement, allowing you to perform a wide variety of exercises.
Warranty
Body solid UK itself doesn’t provide any information about that, but other body solid dip stations have especially for home use a Lifetime parts warranty .
Dimensions
[HxLxW in inch] 53″x 38″x 27″
Body Solid UK doesn’t provide a maximum, but the US branch specifies: up to 500 pounds
User Reviews
Users appreciate just how easy the assembly process is, how well-constructed it is and that it is sturdy (for life).
However, in case your are tall (well over 6 foot) you should be aware of the height of this because your head may be close to your ceiling when dipping – please check the picture of the women to get an idea ;o)
Here you will find more descriptions & latest discounts >>> Body-Solid Dipping Station
Any Complaints?
All the comments which can be found don’t complain about a thing, besides the issues, that it’s high and you can rub your head against your ceiling, but this is a minor thing and you can measure upfront if this gear fits into your “training ground”. Keep in mind that you (eventually) will need to purchase a (huge) plate tree for extra weights to dip (or a chair ;o)
